Yes it’s true, thin is the new happy!
It’s amazing how being fit and healthy can really make a difference in your life. Every time you look in the mirror, you can actually smile to yourself and like what you see. Instead of being afraid to look yourself up and down. It’s a sad fact but being overweight can cause lots of misery for the individual.
OK, enough negativity, lets look at how you can change your whole life around and lose those excess pounds.
The first thing you need to do is to be honest with yourself. You need to weigh yourself and write down your EXACT weight (don’t worry, you don’t have to show anyone else!) and measure your height. You can then work out your BMI (Body Mass Index) score and see just how overweight you are. There are free tools you can use online to do this, such as – http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
By doing this you can see exactly what your target weight is and it gives you a goal to reach.
WRITE IT DOWN
Write down your target weight in the same place as you wrote your current weight. Put this somewhere you will see every morning when you wake up. You need to see it and visualize yourself being that weight. This will give you the motivation you need to eat right and exercise on each day.
The next thing you need to do is to create a plan. This needs to detail what you will be eating and how much exercise you will be doing. It is important you have this pinned up somewhere you can see too.
By following these simple tips, you will start losing weight and heading towards your goal in no time at all.
