2) Avoid the eat-all-you-can promos in certain restaurants. An eat all you can salad fest is great but once you start adding all the creamy sauces and delectable cheese, say goodbye to your diet.

3) If you have a dog, it is a great idea to plan your mile hike together. Not only do you get to bond with your canine friend, you could also have some time to tone your calf muscles as well as your carpal muscles and your dog will be much fitter and healthy too.

There is no guaranteed formula for weight loss since it may be great for some people but a failure on you. Learn to love your body by constantly rewarding it with exercise and losing weight fast should come naturally.
