There are thousands of women (and men) who search for tips to lose fat on their legs every month. Combined with losing belly fat, having thin legs is one of most popular things people search for.

So how do you get thin legs?

Well short of liposuction, you’re going to have to do some work! But don’t worry, we’re not talking about 2 hours in the gym everyday; there are many simple things you can do to help get those legs into shape.

The first thing is to get on the treadmill. You don’t have to run as walking is just as good. One thing you can do is to make sure the treadmill is at an incline of approx 7-14 degrees. This will make you burn more calories as your body is being pushed that little bit harder. Just do this for approx 15-30 minutes a day and you’ll see the difference very quickly.

The next thing that will really help you get thin legs is step-ups. You can do this on a bench, chair or a weight loss step. All you do is stand in front of it, put one foot on top and then bring your other foot up so that you are standing completely on the object. Then step down of it. Do this for about 2 minutes without a rest. Then you can rest for a few minutes before completing another 2 minutes.  Do 4-8 reps, depending on your level of fitness. This exercise is a great way to work the legs and the buttocks at the same time.

If you follow these tips for 30 days, you are almost guaranteed to see results.

Saving the best for last, the easiest and fastest method of losing fat on your legs is to eat healthy and lose weight. Exercise is important but reducing your calorie intake by avoiding sugar drinks and snacks is the missing link.

    my weight is 80 kg and height is 5 5″ i am healthy and want my thighs and buttocks with tummy to be in. i want to eat something that will help me to reduce these all. plz tell me the name so that i can have it. sourab
