It sounds easy doesn’t it? Go on a diet for 30 days and at the end of it you’ll have a new thin you. Well unfortunately a new 30 day thin you might not be easy to get to as you think.

Of course there are various diets that will make you lose weight in that time but often it is just water and as soon as you quit the diet, you’ll just put back on all the weight and often a few more pounds.

So the choices you have are to choose a long term, healthy diet rather than a short term fad diet. Low carb diets are fine to a point but you have to stick to the diets closely and make sure you introduce carbs slowly back into your routine. Otherwise the diet just won’t work the way it should and you’ll become disappointed.

Here are some quick tips to get that new 30 day thin you:

1. Take coconut oil

You might not have heard of this tip before but actually taking coconut oil twice a day can make you lose weight. Make sure you get extra virgin coconut oil rather than regular, take it twice a day and see if it makes a difference in 30 days.

2. Healthy snacks

If you get hungry between meals, make sure you snack on healthy foods such as fruits or vegetables. Avoid chips, chocolate and potato snacks. These are full of carbs and give you more to burn off than fruits or vegetables.

3. Daily exercise

Yes, DAILY exercise. Not weekly or monthly, daily. Be sure to try and do 30-60 minutes of exercise everyday.
